Start with the flight and terminal
Share the departure date, flight number and the airline’s current check-in guidance. Confirm the terminal through official flight or airline information. The plan should allow for more than the road journey: check-in, baggage, security and reaching the gate all need consideration.
Make the pickup address precise
For a hotel, provide its full name and address and ask where the vehicle should meet you. For a residence or office, include the building and agreed accessible pickup point. Do not assume a chauffeur can enter every driveway or wait in a restricted place.
Agree on a pickup time

Explain bags and passenger needs
