Use the same trip details for each quotation
Give the route, flight, date and time, passengers, luggage and special requirements. A price for a different group size or vehicle specification is not a like-for-like comparison. Ask for the proposed vehicle and whether it fits your group before deciding only on the headline amount.
Separate transfer, waiting and additional stops
Ask whether the price covers one journey, a return arrangement or a period with a chauffeur. Confirm how waiting is measured and charged. Extra stops, a Jewel visit or a changed destination may need a separate agreement. None is a confirmed free inclusion on this site.
Check the complete list of charges
Ask whether parking, road charges, airport or destination charges, booking fees and any time-related supplements are included. Also ask about child seats or other requested equipment. These are comparison questions; this site does not assert that any particular charge applies to every trip.
Understand the service difference
Airport pickup-point collection and arrival-hall meet-and-greet are different arrangements. Ask which is quoted, whether flight monitoring is included and how changes are handled. A more detailed service description helps you understand what is being offered without assuming that a higher price guarantees every feature.
Confirm payment and change terms
Request payment instructions, cancellation conditions, amendment rules and what happens if the flight or passenger readiness changes. Do not assume a refundable payment or free rescheduling. Keep the written confirmation so both parties can refer to the same arrangement.
A checklist you can copy into your enquiry
Ask: “Please quote for this route and group, identify the proposed vehicle, list inclusions and possible extra charges, confirm waiting arrangements, and explain payment, changes and cancellation terms.” Add your actual trip details. Sending the request is not a booking, and the final amount must be confirmed directly.
