Before you send an enquiry
Share the arrival date, flight number, destination address, passenger count and luggage. Mention large items, strollers or equipment. If you are arranging a journey for someone else, confirm how the travelling person and chauffeur will contact each other, without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
Meet-and-greet or a pickup point?
An arrival-hall meeting and a vehicle pickup point are different arrangements. Ask which applies and obtain clear instructions. Meet-and-greet is not a confirmed inclusion here. Changi publishes designated pickup information; use the agreed current instructions rather than assuming the chauffeur can wait at any terminal kerbside.
After landing
Landing time is not the same as being ready for a vehicle. Immigration, baggage collection and movement through the terminal take time. Follow the agreed contact process when ready. Tell the operator promptly if the terminal, flight or travel plan changes, and ask beforehand how those changes affect the booking.
Waiting time and flight changes
Ask when waiting time starts, what is included, how extra waiting is charged, and what happens if the flight is late or baggage is delayed. Do not assume flight tracking, complimentary waiting or free cancellation. Put the agreed terms in the written quotation before confirming.
Travel with luggage or children
Vehicle suitability depends on the whole group and its bags, not passengers alone. Ask whether child seats or access equipment requirements can be met. Confirm the actual vehicle proposed and what happens if your luggage changes. Do not send payment-card or passport details through a general enquiry form.

Treat a Jewel visit as a separate request with its own luggage, time and pickup plan. It is not automatically part of airport-to-hotel transport. Read the Jewel guide before suggesting it during a layover, and allow your onward flight requirements to take priority.
